Applicable law and venue

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern these TOU and any dispute that might arise between you and LSE. If you take legal action relating to these TOU, you agree to file such action in the appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Delaware and in no other venue, and you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
